We help small businesses make AI actually work.

We find the work that's costing you the most, build AI to take it off your plate, and hand it over so your team owns it. Real value in the first engagement, not someday.

We won't sell you a capability we haven't run ourselves, or promise an outcome we can't ground in real work.

The audit asks the same questions as the paid call: 5 minutes, written report, no booking. Or see the work →

The destination

Each fix is a step. Here's where the steps lead.

Today the operation leaks in named places. Next month one of those leaks is sealed and the math is back in your P&L. Quarter by quarter it compounds: hours return, your senior people land on judgment work, cycle time tightens, your data gets legible, and the hire you skipped pays for everything else.

Do enough of that and something changes underneath: AI stops being a tool your team reaches for and becomes how the business actually runs. That's the destination. It's the long-term shape of every partnership we sign, and the reason every build we ship is scoped to compound, not just to patch.

We name the destination up front so the work stays honest. We lead with immediate value so the first dollar you spend earns its keep. The bridge between the two is the engagement. It's why we're called what we are.

The method

How every engagement works.

Every engagement runs the same four steps. Skip any of them and the destination is just slideware.

  • Stage 1

    Prove value

A measurable lift in time, money, or capacity, shipped inside the engagement rather than promised after it.
How you know it landed: You can underline the number in your P&L.
  • Stage 2

    Educate your team

Your operators learn enough to supervise it, handle exceptions, and ask for what’s next.
How you know it landed: Your team runs the system without us in the room.
  • Stage 3

    Identify the path

The next fix, the next capability, the next quarter, named together inside the operation we just touched.
How you know it landed: You can say your own next step in one sentence.
  • Stage 4

    Ensure adoption

Capability hands off to your team. We verify the business outcome after we leave, not at delivery.
How you know it landed: The outcome is still running 60 days after we’re gone.

The shift

The shift we help you make.

From

“We tried AI and it didn’t stick.”

To

A system that actually runs, and a clear, named path for what’s next.

From

Tools bolted on top of broken processes.

To

The process mapped first, then a system built to fix it for good.

From

Audits that sit on a shelf.

To

Diagnostics that name the dollars, and work that recovers them.

From

AI as the thing someone sold you.

To

AI as the way your business quietly runs.

Where we are

We run the same system we build for you.

We hold ourselves to the same standard we sell, and we're honest about where we are on the climb. Every quarter we publish what shipped, what broke, and what's next. We won't sell you a level we haven't lived in.

Who we are

A family business, built on 30 years of transformation.

GrowthBridge is a family business. Behind it is the three decades I spent driving transformation inside a Fortune 500: turning broken processes and bolted-on tools into operations that actually run, at scale.

That's the discipline we bring to businesses closer to our own size. We keep the practice small on purpose, a few clients at a time, and we don't grow faster than we can deliver. The work that moves a Fortune 500 and the work that moves a small shop is the same work; the only honest difference is scope. And when it's your family's name on every engagement, capability-honesty stops being a slogan and becomes how you stay in business.

Currently taking 1–2 new clients.
