This site is growthbridgetransformation.com, operated by GrowthBridge Transformation (“GrowthBridge,” “we,” “us”), a two-person consulting practice. By using this site or signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. Questions? Email jvfaulks@gmail.com and a real person will answer.

This website explains what we do, shows examples of our work, and lets you get in touch. The information here is for general guidance. It describes our services and our point of view, but it isn’t a promise of a specific result and it isn’t professional advice for your particular situation. Anything we agree to actually do for you is set out in a written engagement agreement, not on a marketing page.

When we work together on a paid engagement, the specifics (scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and confidentiality) live in a separate written agreement we both sign or otherwise confirm. If anything in those engagement terms conflicts with what’s on this page, the engagement agreement wins for that work.

The portal is for our team and invited collaborators. Sign-in is handled through GitHub OAuth. You agree to keep your account credentials secure, to use the portal only for the work it’s intended for, and to let us know promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or remove access to the portal if an account is misused or if we need to for security reasons.

When you use this site or the portal, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the portal, or any underlying systems or data.
• Interfere with normal operation, for example through scraping at scale, automated abuse, or attempts to overload the service.
• Upload or submit anything malicious, unlawful, or that you don’t have the right to share.
• Misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with any person or organization.

The content on this site (text, design, graphics, logos, and the GrowthBridge name and mark) is ours or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share it for ordinary, non-commercial purposes with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission. Ownership of work product created during a paid engagement is handled in that engagement’s agreement.

This site may link to third-party websites and tools we don’t control, for example our LinkedIn page or the providers behind the portal. We share those links for convenience. We’re not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of sites we don’t operate, so please review theirs separately.

We run a small, deliberately simple stack and we keep this site online as best we reasonably can, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or retire parts of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above, and any material change applies from the date it’s posted.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Liability connected to a paid engagement is addressed in that engagement’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowthBridge Transformation operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, we’d much rather sort it out directly first. Email us and we’ll work it through in good faith.
