I’ve spent years inside SAP doing intrapreneurial work: changing how teams actually work from the inside, at enterprise scale. Modern intrapreneurship isn’t about launching startups. It’s about reinventing how the work gets done.

That’s the experience I bring to a small operation. The reasons AI adoption stalls in a team are the same whether the team is five people or five thousand. I’ve led the change management most consultancies have only read about, and I’m applying it where it’s hardest to fake: an owner-operator’s actual week.

I still hold that role at SAP. GrowthBridge is deliberately small because of it, and because small is how the work gets delivered properly. The enterprise track record is proof I’ve done the work, not a client roster I can offer you. The practice serves owner-operators, and that’s on purpose.

The team

A small practice, deliberately.

Two people. A small number of clients at a time. We don’t grow without growing the work first, so we don’t take engagements we can’t fully deliver. Capacity is published, not hidden. Right now we’re taking one to two new clients.

A few things we hold to.

Teams win, not power users.

The future of work won’t be won by individual AI power users. It’ll be won by teams that combine human judgment with synthetic capability. Quickly, safely, repeatably.

Experienced, not taught.

AI mastery has to be lived. Working through the levels in your own business is not the same as running someone else’s setup. We built our own first, so we’d know.

Map it first.

Anyone can connect two apps. The work is analysing how a business actually runs, naming the bottleneck honestly, and designing the system that removes it.

Capability honesty is the brand.

We won’t sell you a level we haven’t lived in. We won’t promise outcomes we can’t ground in lived work. We publish where we are, every quarter.

Lineage

Where the method comes from.

The maturity ladder we use to read any operation, Level 1 to Level 5, was originally written by Chris Cowden as the AI Durable™ framework. We use it to name where a business currently sits and what the realistic next step looks like. We didn’t invent it. We credit it.

It also taught us a rule we don’t bend: AI mastery has to be experienced, not taught. Working through the levels in your own business is not the same as running someone else’s agentic setup. That’s why we built our own operating system first, and why we publish where we are.

Today that’s Level 2 of 5. Level 5 is the AI-first destination. We report what shipped, what broke, and where we are next, the same bridge we help our clients walk.
